Just as victory seemed assured, several more insects arrived, ones even larger than before! Looming over the tiny humans, the scorpions were suddenly called off. A far greater power was able to control them: the Djinn. The desert-dwelling entities enslaved the fierce arachnids, turning them into mighty steeds to escort them to the lair of the three witches.
When discovering the necessity of defeating the Kraken, several members of the group backed out, fearing to enter the dreaded underworld to face Medusa. They took with them the armored steeds and headed back to civilization, but war would soon break out! The Kraken emerged from the depths of the sea to lay waste to the city, but Perseus arrived with the head of Medusa in tow. Hades summoned his Furies, but the winged creatures were outmaneuvered by the winged horse Pegasus. Several of the creatures were also swiped out of the air by one of the Scorpiochs.

Unstoppable and all powerful, the Kraken allowed the Gods to overpower and defeat their immortal parents. With its duty done, the Kraken was sealed under the ocean as the spoils of war were divided: Zeus ruled over Heaven, Poseidon the oceans, and Hades the Underworld. In order to feed their immortality, Zeus created man so that their prayers would allow them to exist. However, as centuries passed, man began to despise their makers. As faith fell, Hades learned to feed on fear and pain.
Allowing his brother loose on mankind to restore their faith, Zeus granted Hades the use of the Kraken. He ordered Princess Andromeda of Argos to be sacrificed for the queen’s blasphemies. However, Zeus’ demigod son Perseus set out on a quest with a handful of brave soldiers to locate a way of defeating the monster. That answer was found in the form of Medusa’s head.
As the Kraken emerged from the depths to claim the princess, Perseus arrived. Riding the flying horse Pegasus, he approached the giant and held out the severed head of the gorgon. Her eyes snapped open and locked onto the eyes of the Kraken. Instantly, the beast was encased in stone! It turned into a huge statue and began to fall apart under its own weight. The unbeatable Kraken had finally been bested.

When it rammed the hero, the beast accidently ensnared itself within a huge net and chains. Grabbing the chain, Perseus forced the heads to split apart. While the one continued to generate the flammable fluid, Perseus prevented the other’s spark from igniting it. However, as he urged the creature to burn him, he released the chain. The head snapped back, the spark touching the fluid that pooled around the other and sending its body up in flames. The beast had been slain and the village saved, but a far more deadly quest had only just begun for Perseus.

History: Countless ages ago, the Earth was ruled by the Titans. Their children, the Gods, soon became envious. Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades began a terrible war against their makers. Through Hades’ flesh, the monstrous Kraken was birthed. The beast devoured many of the Titans while the most powerful of the Titans, Kronos, was locked away in the prison of Tartarus. The last of the Titans was forced to watch on as humanity blossomed and the Gods fed their immortality through the prayers of mortals. However, in due time, Zeus’ creations began to disown them just as they had disowned the Titans.
Looking to take advantage of Zeus’ weakened state and exact revenge against his father for loving Perseus more than he, the God of war Ares joined forces with Hades and awoken Kronos from his slumber. A new war lingered as the Gods slowly fell by the hands of Ares and Hades. Perseus was once again called into duty, but it was too late. Zeus was captured and his power was being siphoned into Kronos!
Even after Perseus rescued his father, the deed had been done. Kronos was completely revived! Bursting from the mountain, the giant began to rain fire down upon the ground with every movement. Riding on Pegasus, Perseus was equipped with the only weapon capable of defeating the Titan: the Spear of Triam, forged when combining the weapons of all three Gods. He flew into the Titan’s body and launched the spear directly into his heart! The colossus was destroyed, engulfed in a titanic explosion as Perseus flew out of the carnage atop of Pegasus. The world was once again saved.
