Closet Monster
Height: 8 feet

Powers:
- Invulnerability: Because the electrons that compose its body move at nearly a thousand times faster than normal, the Closet Monster generates a shield which protects him from any man-made weapon ever conceived.

- Closet Refuge: The Closet Monster is capable of teleporting itself from one closet to another and also able to regain its strength within one.
Weaknesses: The Closet Monster must return to a closet from time to time to regenerate its power. If it does not, it will weaken and eventually die.
First Appearance: Monster in the Closet (1987)
Human Kills:
Fight Record: None
Home World: Earth
Origin: United States (California, San Francisco, Chestnut Town)
Type: Alien
History: Chestnut Town was thrown into a panic as several murders took place all within a week, the people dragged and killed in their closets. It wasn’t until later that the police and town found out the identity of the real killer. While answering a call, the sheriff and populace watched in horror as a huge grotesque monster came crashing through someone’s front door. Immediately they opened fire with every firearm they had. However pistols, shotguns, or rifles were not enough to even phase the demon. Civilians ran in terror as the monster flipped over a cop car and then dove back into the darkness.
A few days passed before the President of the United States issued a national emergency and sent in the army. Assembling outside a local elementary school, the soldiers threw hell at the beast. Tanks, machine guns, rockets, bombs, every conceivable weapon was used against the howling beast. Yet as the smoke cleared, all they were greeted with was a still standing, unharmed Closet Monster. After their defeat, they, along with everyone else, ran away.
Only Clark and Professor Diane Bennett stayed. They thought that electricity would destroy the monster, but again it failed. Only a last ditch effort of destroying every closet in the world was their last hope. By preventing the monster from returning to a closet to regenerate its strength, they thought that eventually it would weaken and die. In the end, they were correct. The monster died in the streets leaving everyone to sigh for relief, and rebuild their closets at home.
