History: When an alien spaceship was brought down above a remote island, a plethora of creatures escaped into the dense jungles. One such creature was an eight-legged, walking nightmare. The spider-like beast killed the surviving extraterrestrial and the pilot that shot it down. Fortunately for the rest of the world, the bizarre creatures were contained on the island, attacking and killing the local tribesmen. When word of an unknown poison reached the outside world, a small group of scientists braved the harsh jungle to deliver aid.
The arachnid was quickly on the hunt, following their every move before making her appearance known. She cocooned one of the scientists alive, poisoning him with a numbing venom and implanting eggs within his body. When the others discovered him, it was far too late. While they ended his suffering, the monstrosity’s wrath had been conjured. She attacked viciously, killing another of the team and forcing the others deeper into the jungle until reaching shelter in abandoned, World War Two bunker. Despite their best efforts, the survivors couldn’t keep the giant arachnid out for long.
Killing another, the creature forced Marcer and Valentine to flee into the jungles. The alien creature returned to its cavernous lair to digest and grow, but the survivors tracked it. They attacked it while it was cocooned, making it emerge prematurely. While it attacked, the arachnid was stabbed with a poison tipped spear. Enraged, it dropped webbing on Marcer and began dragging her through the cave, but the deadly toxic flowing through her body began to take affect. As she became weakened, Marcer struggled and fought back; pulling on the web strand and making the spider fall from the ceiling and onto a large stalagmite, impaling the man-eating beast.
