History: From a distant world they came. Like humanity’s own scientists, they were curious. The extraterrestrials abducted five young boys fifteen years ago and used them in a series of cruel experiments, killing one in the process. After days of torment, the boys were freed and left to return to their lives, but with tracking devices placed inside of their stomachs. Nobody believed their stories and only one man, Wyatt, was able to continue on with a semi-normal life. He discovered the tracking device inside of himself and cut it out, causing the aliens to grow extremely wary of his actions and whereabouts.
As the years progressed, the other three were unable to cope and went out on regular missions to capture one of the creatures where the nightmare originally unfolded. By sheer luck it seemed, they succeeded! They wounded the alien and covered its face, preventing it from taking over any of their minds. Not knowing what to do, the three friends took the captive alien to Wyatt’s, hoping he would be able to help. Restrained and blinded, the alien lashed out with claws. Knowing it was alerting the rest of its species with the same device that was located in him, Wyatt began to cut the object from its stomach.
In the commotion, it bit Cody and took over the mind of Wyatt’s girlfriend Hope. They were both eventually freed, but the extraterrestrial was growing extremely vicious as the night wore on, soon breaking free of its restraints. When the local sheriff arrived at Wyatt’s doorstep, called upon by pranksters whom always tormented Wyatt due to his wild stories as a kid, the alien made its attack and killed the sheriff and wounding another. As Hope and Wyatt rushed Otis to the hospital, Duke began to torture the creature. Realizing that the alien wasn’t in the cage within the van, Wyatt and Hope returned to the home, but it was too late. The alien got free and gutted Duke!
It confronted Wyatt, but was suddenly harpooned to the wall by Cody, his flesh nearly stripped to the muscle due to its venom. Mocking the entity, Cody looked into its eyes as he believed it was dead. The alien suddenly reacted, taking control of the infected man’s body. He turned to strike Wyatt, but his bones were being broken down by the venom as well. They snapped with every blow, sending him crashing to the floor where Wyatt pleaded with the creature to release him. It did, but as they looked into each other’s eyes, Wyatt realized what the extraterrestrials wanted: him.
He agreed to leave, but Hope shot the invader in the head, killing it! Almost instantly, great lights flooded into the home. The others had arrived. Having been prepared for this his entire life, Wyatt and Hope fled to the basement and then a safety room located directly underneath his home. He activated several explosives he had planted around his property and detonated them, blasting back several of the aliens and killing at least one. Overhead, the alien ship released its probing tentacles and flew back into the depths of space. The next morning, Wyatt and Hope emerged from the ruins. They gathered the lone carcass, the evidence of everything that had happened to them as kids and on this day.
