The man schemed up a plan and placed a deadly wasp in Dr. Cale’s scuba mask, making the journey take a different turn to rush the man to the hospital. The route took the party through the snakes’ territory! Sarone’s attempts to capture one of the huge serpents alive caused the death of one of their own, eventually forcing the group to come together and fight back.
When they managed to knock the mad hunter unconscious and became grounded on the rocks near a waterfall, the giant anaconda struck again. The snake attacked and killed another one of the men, but was soon killed by a rifle shot to the skull. However, while one of the serpents had been killed, Sarone managed to escape and a second man-eater still stalked the boat. The hunter captured Terri and Danny and used them as bait to draw in his life-long dream trophy, but the pair managed to escape their restraints and turn the tables on Sarone. The reptile devoured its human nemesis before focusing on the fleeing pair again, but a tremendous explosion triggered by the duo sent the serpent crashing into the river while on fire.
Believing the predator was dead, they prepared to leave. However, the creature burst through the wooden planks and lashed out. Danny fought back, grabbing a pickaxe and stabbing it into the serpent’s head, killing the man-eating monster anaconda and allowing what little remained of the group to return to civilization.
