History: Its core being a pudgy American soldier whom was an expect at strategy games, the Zondarians felt like he was the perfect candidate to help destroy GGG and kill Mamoru. The man almost got his chance, but Big VolFogg quickly put a dent in his plans by wrecking the dozens of tanks and helicopters he had at his disposal. In response, the soldier drove the transport plane he was using directly into the ground and began to merge with it and the remaining tanks and helicopters. The result was one of the most powerful Zondars ever to be born. Equipped with dozens of militaristic weapons, Big VolFogg was quickly beat down, especially when trying to protect Mamoru whom wandered into the area. The robot managed to protect himself long enough with its mirror coating, but when GaoGaiGar arrived, hitting the robot with its Broken Magnum, Big VolFogg wasted no time in retreating.
With the battle more fair, the EI-14 backed away, using the foggy battleground to his advantage and hitting GaoGaiGar with dozens of booby-traps set especially for it. Luckily for Guy, the Rescue Team used the Eraser Head to rid the area of the fog, allowing him to spot the EI-14 in the open. With no advantage, the EI-14 went all out on GaoGaiGar, but the hero was far too strong to be taken out with such weaponry. Cannons and knives were crushed before Guy unleashed the Hell and Heaven attack on it, ripping out its core and destroying the machine.
