Yautja Vanguard
Aliases: Predator Vanguard
Appearance: Aliens vs. Predator: Extinction (PS2, Xbox)
Origin: One of several types of military yautja.
Origination Point: Yautja Homeworld
Origin Type: Alien
Order Type: Order Neutral

Abilities:
-Fire Resistance: Yautja Vanguards are naturally resistant to all forms of heat, mainly fire. However, this only decreases the damage caused by fire by a small amount.
-Medicomp: Yautja Vanguards carry around medicomps with them in case they are injured or wounded.
-Invisibility: Yautja Vanguards can become invisible for a certain amount of time. This cloak can not defend against xenomorph spores and can be detected by synthetics. When attacking, Yautja Vanguards become visible.
-Vision Modes: Yautja Vanguards have three vision modes which they use to see thermal readings, electromagnetic readings, and pred-tech readings. This way, Yautja Vanguards can detect other beings they would not normally be able to see.
-Armor: Yautja Vanguards have heavy armor.
-Plasma Scythe: Yautja Vanguards are equipped with plasma scythes that use dark plasma. Dark plasma allows Yautja Vanguards to deal proportionate damage to targets and can kill an enemy within four hits. However, the plasma scythe is heavy, so Yautja Vanguards can not attack very fast.
-Kill Screen Generator: After being upgraded, Yautja Vanguards have a form of force field called a kill screen. Mounted on it's back, it creates unstable waves of dark plasma that vaporizes any incoming ranged attacks as well as acid spit and xenomorph face huggers. However, it will not work against weapons with large quantities of projectiles like shotguns or miniguns.
