Kineticlops Aliases: None Appearance: War of the Monsters (PS2) Origin: A police officer mutated by alien radiation combined with lightning. Origination Point: Solar System, Earth, North America, United States Origin Type: Mutant/Alien Order Type: Chaos Neutral Danger Level: 8 Abilities: -Body Extension: Kineticlops can extend his electrical body like a rubber band, giving him more distance to attack than other monsters his size. -Electric Surge: Kineticlops can fire a surge of electricity from both of his hands. This can do above moderate damage to one hundred foot monsters. -Homing Electric Balls: Kineticlops can fire balls of electricity that home in on enemies at the rate of a semi automatic. These can do low damage to one hundred foot monsters. -Body Blast: Kineticlops can build enough energy to release a blast from his body that will send any enemy within thirty feet of him flying. -Radiation Heal: Kineticlops can absorb small doses of alien radiation to heal himself. -Ram: Kineticlops can charge in order to build up enough momentum to ram into enemies. This does below moderate damage to one hundred foot monsters.

They need a cooling tower from a nuclear plant in order to do this. If the cooling towers they used are all destroyed they will die.
