History: Ten years ago a man named Ronald Perkins kidnapped fourteen local children and housed them in darkness. He brainwashed them tortured them immensely, using PCP and other drugs to make them insane. The year past and he got away with it, but the children he kidnapped grew up into adults and were still under Perkins’ brainwashing. When local sheriff Dwayne Hopper arrested Mr, Perkins, something about him made him investigate further, hoping to find his own kidnapped son that was part of the sling of missing children.
After sending one of his men, Hal, to check out Perkins’ home, the horror began. Hal discovered a secret door and entered inside a room hidden within the basement. He opened the doors, hoping to help one of the persons trapped inside the cages. One of Perkins’ fourteen victims, now devoid of all things that make a human a human, attacked and killed the officer!
Hopper took Perkins along back to the demented man’s home where he soon discovered the body of Hal and the rest of his abominations. After finding the tapes Perkins made of his son, Kyle, Hopper killed the insane scientist. Just at this time, the fourteen psychos went on a rampage through the area, killing anyone they came across. Using weapons from inside Perkins’ house, one of them soon found Hopper’s daughter and her friends.
Saving Daisy and her boyfriend from one of the killers, they escaped back to the police vehicle. The creature rose up as if nothing happened, not even feeling the gun shots, before being crushed between the vehicle and a tree. After coming across his lost son, Kyle, they managed to escape, heading to pick up his wife.
Before they could reach her, however, one of them attacked her and her secret lover. Killing the man and trapping her in the bathroom, this creature found its way inside the police car as they found her. As Hopper distracted another one of the cannibalistic psychos, the other three managed to escape to the police station, grouping with another cop inside. However, several of the creatures had already found its way inside and killed Daisy’s boyfriend just before Hopper arrived and kill both at least one of them.
After getting Felicity, a girl arrested before the events began, from one of the cells, the group of five began to wait it out. While in the bathroom, one of the creatures killed Felicity. The thing was then killed by Hopper and soon his son made it to the station. When trying to reach Perkins’ car keys in the evidence room, Hooper’s wife was killed.
After locking up his daughter in a cell where she couldn’t escape nor get attacked, Hopper left to face his son. After trying to talk to his son and seemingly getting some sort of reaction, he moved closer, wrapping his arms around Kyle. In response, his own son, with lack of remorse or care, effortlessly snapped Hopper’s neck. Now carrying the keys, he moved back to the cell with Daisy and grabbed the shot gun. After he killed the remains of his old family, Kyle returned to be with his new family: Perkins’ 14.
