First Appearance: Castle Freak (1995)
Human Kills: 4

Home World: Earth
Origin: Italy
Type: Natural
History: After her American husband left her for a younger bride, a lonely Duchess took out her frustration on their five-year old son. Chaining him in the dungeon and reporting him dead, she kept him alive for decades. Repeated beatings and whippings came every day, turning what was once a child into a monster. All humanity lost overtime, Giorgio knew nothing but a life of violence and torture. Disfigured from the abuse, his day of escape was destined to come when his mother finally died. The castle was handed down, legally, to the last remaining person linked to the family. John and Susan Reilly, along with their blind daughter Rebecca, traveled to Italy to claim the inheritance and eventually sell it.
Starving in the darkness, Giorgio tore off his own thumb in order to slip one hand out of the chains. Now able to escape, the mutilated freak began to wander the corridors. As the Reilly’s lives continued to unravel due to personal demons, John brought a prostitute home. After leaving her alone, she was sexually attacked and killed by the freak. The castle’s caretaker, upon discovering the horribly mangled woman, was also attacked and slain.
When the police arrived with suspicions of John being the killer, he began to unravel the truth. Realizing that the killer inside was actually his long lost half-brother, John returned to the castle as Giorgio killed both officers inside and turned his attention on Susan and Rebecca. Knocking out the older woman, the insane one abducted Rebecca and attempted to rape her. Fortunately, the blind girl’s mother recovered and offered herself to him. As the hideous thing lunged at her, she drove a kitchen knife into his back! As Giorgio screamed in agony, both Rebecca and Susan fled. After regrouping with John, the family was chased onto the roof. Getting the killer’s attention away from his family, John battled his monstrous half-brother but it was futile. His wrath and violence was too extreme. With no other choice, John strapped the dangling chain onto his wrist and leaped off the edge of the castle. Giorgio was pulled down along with him, falling several stories before hitting the unforgiving ground. Both were killed side-by-side.
