History: Mutated by a lost drum of nuclear waste, a colony of ants grew to gigantic sizes and quickly took control of a small island within the Florida everglades. While the queen used her pheromones to control the minds of the townspeople on one side of the isle, the countless drones scouted the island, killing and capturing anybody they came across, including a group on tour by real estate investors. They soon killed two of the tourists before a body was discovered within the woods, alerting the rest of the group a killer was around. The swarm soon made its presence known and sank the group’s only means of escape before turning their focus back on the humans they call food. After a flash storm put an end to the group’s protective fire, the ants launched an all-out attack and killed several of the fleeing humans!
Trying to escape by river, the group was attacked many times by the murderous ants. As their numbers grew slimmer and slimmer, Joe was the one to stand up and take charge. With the ants now herding them, the group stumbled across a pair of farmers whom then helped them get back to town where a horrible truth would be revealed.
For an unknown amount of time, the ant queen had been making slaves of the town’s people! Forming lines of victims to be doused with pheromones, she vowed to conquer the Earth and her loyal minions, the hundreds of drones, would see her wish come true. When the group of survivors threatened the security of the queen at the town’s sugar plant, the bodyguards of the royal subject were summoned. As people slowly regained their minds and saw the ugly creatures before them, they began to flee and fight back!
With control of humanity lost, the ants were quickly disposed of. The ugly queen was killed and hundreds of the killer ants were set ablaze when the sugar plant was destroyed, ending the horrible threat of the Empire Ants forever.
