History: Hatched from an egg laying dormant for millions of years, a specimen of plesiosaurus rose from the depths of one of the five lakes surrounding Mount Fuji. The aquatic reptile began to feed on animals and humans alike, leaving bloody remains and mangled bodies in its wake. As the mystery of the culprit began to unravel, the lake was quarantined to the public and depth charges dropped. However, humanity’s attempts at sending the beast back into extinction proved futile. Not only did it survive, but another prehistoric monster was resurrected! A gigantic, flying rhamphorhynchus, the pair were destined to draw battle.
When the plesiosaur wandered on land and attempted to devour two divers, the aquatic predator was ambushed. As it cornered its victims in a cave, plesiosaur was drawn away to combat its new enemy. The lethal rhamphorhynchus managed to peck out one of the plesiosaur’s eyes, but the long-necked saurian refused to die. As their historic bout unfolded, the entire region began to go up. Mount Fuji, the long extinct volcano, began to erupt! The ground split apart, spitting fire and smoke while swallowing the resurrected reptiles. Both beasts were sent back to the extinction list as the entire landscape burned.
