History: As the mariguana business grew larger and larger, farmers of the illegal plant began to use a herbal steroid to increas the size of the plant and also make them grow faster. Unfortunetly, however, the chemicals used also had an advers effect on the local insect life, namely the thousands of ticks that thrived in the country side. The bugs grew larger and larger, and as the days passed, they began to set up nests all around the forest, Unknowing of the dangers the forests now hold, a group of urban teens ventured into the woods as part of a rural camping program headed by two adults. At the same time, the ticks attacked and killed one of the farmers before attacking Panic's dog and then Dee Dee, one of the teens. While Dee Dee wasn't killed by the creatures, she was put under a neurotix hallucination. As all this went on, one of the ticks was discovered in the body of Panic's dog, now alerting the group as to what was happening.
Walking through the forest in order to escape nature, Panic also came under attack from the blood sucking mutants. One crawled up his leg and began to feed, but once being removed, its head continued to feed. No longer restricted by its body, the head continued to burrow into the teen's body until he made it home, even after running into the two farmers who shot him on sight.
Once the group was all back at the cabin, the two farmers arrived, hoping to get some shelter from the ticks and the forest fire that was now ripping through the woods. The flames not only were making those two flee, but also every tick in the forest. As time passed, the ticks contiued their attacks until the teens escaped and the house exploded. The remaining Mutant Ticks were killed, but under the engine of the van, an egg cluster waited to hatch in the comfort of Los Angeles.
